Terms of Service

By creating an account or using eAIresume.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

eAIresume.com lets you upload your resume, tailor it against job descriptions using AI, publish a recruiter-facing profile at firstname-lastname.eairesume.com, and view visit analytics. Features available depend on your subscription tier (Basic, Pro, Elite).

• You must be 16 or older to use the service.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and not sharing accounts.
• Information you provide (name, email, resume content) must be your own.
• One account per person; multiple accounts for the same individual is not allowed.

You retain ownership of everything you upload (resume files) and create (tailored copies, edits). By using the service you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and (only when you publish a subdomain) make the chosen resume content publicly accessible at the subdomain URL.

You confirm that the content you upload is yours and does not contain personal data of third parties (other than your own contact information). You're responsible for the accuracy of statements in your resume — we do not verify them.

Our tailoring engines call third-party LLM providers (currently Anthropic Claude). The output is a suggestion — you must review and edit it before publishing or submitting anywhere. We are not liable for inaccuracies, fabrications, or omissions in AI-generated content. You agree to verify every measurable claim in a tailored resume before using it.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes another person's rights.
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Probe, scan, or scrape our infrastructure beyond your normal use of the product.
• Use the service to generate spam, phishing material, or impersonation content.
• Reverse-engineer the prompts or models used by our AI features.

• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are shown inclusive of taxes where applicable (India: 18% GST). International customers see their currency price; settlement is in INR via Razorpay International.
• Refunds: we offer a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if the service materially fails to work for you. After 7 days, all sales are final. Recurring renewals are not refundable. Contact [support@eairesume.com] within the 7-day window to request a refund.
• We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 14 days' notice by email. The new price applies on your next renewal.

When you bind a resume to a subdomain (e.g. sathpadi-kiran-kumar.eairesume.com), the content you place there is publicly accessible. We log recruiter visits and surface them in your analytics. We may suspend a subdomain at our discretion if its content violates these Terms, infringes others' rights, or contains illegal material.

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity. On termination we delete your account data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

eAIresume.com is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, that AI suggestions will be accurate, or that publishing a subdomain will result in any job outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [INDIA / your jurisdiction]. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [YOUR CITY].

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
